fill77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim, or (ii) PHP 10,000.
The fill77 Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
fill77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity, PAGCOR instruction, failure to complete KYC, or identification of underage gambling. Upon termination for breach, fill77 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance subject to applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.
A Player may close their fill77 Account at any time by contacting fill77 customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure request, all verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after any applicable KYC requirements are satisfied. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Players who believe fill77 has acted contrary to its PAGCOR licensing obligations may escalate complaints directly to PAGCOR through official regulatory channels.
fill77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via SMS or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR regulatory instruction, in which case changes take effect immediately.
Continued use of the fill77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as provided in Section 13.2.
